Launch of an automated production system in Vilnius (Lithuania)

At the end of November, our team completed the installation and commissioning of the flagship Salvagnini S4 + P4 line for a client in Vilnius. We performed a full cycle of work: from installation and software configuration to staff training on how to operate this high-tech system.

The S4 + P4 line is a comprehensive solution for sheet metal processing, operating in fully automatic mode:

• The S4 punching center performs high-precision punching and shearing without downtime for tool changes.

• The P4 panel bender automatically adapts to the part's geometry, creating complex profiles with flawless precision.

The main advantage of the system is the "Batch-one" concept, which allows for the production of different parts one after another without equipment reconfiguration. The integration of Salvagnini has allowed the customer to radically shorten the production cycle, minimize waste, and significantly improve product quality.
