SOITAAB LINEAtech Linea RED
The RED model has a structure with double beam; a front transverse slide through the carriages on two linear guides, a rear reinforcement.
LineaTech RED offers various possibilities for applications such as flame cutting, plasma cutting, marking and pre-drilling mechanical device. LineaTech RED is a longitudinal twin motors with brushless motors and digital drives in absolute coordinates. The movement is achieved by mating rack and pinion and floating device and preloaded spring.
LineaTech RED can be equipped with up to 6 carts oxyfuel and plasma 2 trucks with a distance up to 5.500 mm and depending on the number of trucks covers a useful cutting width up to 4.500 mm.
In oxy-fuel, gas distribution group has 3 fully proportional valves controlled by CNC. As an option, a data base of the cutting parameters, makes the management of the gas fully automatic and controlled by the CNC.
In plasma, in addition to the traditional cutting systems, LineaTech RED features of the structure and mechanical suitable for the application of the most sophisticated systems for cutting high-definitionwith the optimal management of the parameters for a result of optimal cutting even on silhouettes of complicated processing and holes of small diameters. In addition, as and where available the option of automatic gas console, the CNC II can be enhanced with a data base for the automatic cutting parameters such as to make this machine, a machine of high performance and precision.
The numerical control CNC SOITAAB II with interactive menus and monitor “touch screen “in color, has a library of 30 figures fixed parameter and as an option can be extended up to 78 figures.
