Lantek MES Capture

Lantek MES Capture is a data collection application fully integrated with Lantek Integra. It lets you manage all the operations carried out on the company's shop floor. Operators can enter data in real time from anywhere in the plant: production time, downtime, job status and details of the operations being performed.

Key features

Lantek MES Capture works on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) and with standard barcode readers, is compatible with different versions of Windows, and lets you check operations from anywhere in the world by connecting to the server from a mobile device.
There are two ways to identify the user starting a job on the shop floor and to send information: via the touch screen (where work in progress or completed work is entered manually) or with a barcode reader. This makes it easy to collect data across the entire plant without errors or downtime.

Lantek developed this shop-floor data collection system entirely in-house, so no third-party applications are needed and it is fully integrated with Lantek Integra.
The tool is not limited to cutting operations: it covers every operation in the company. It can even record employees' clock-in and clock-out times and the start and end of each task or job. As a result, every process in the plant is tracked and you have a complete record of everything happening on the shop floor.
