Standard panel bender
P-Robot can be applied indifferently to standard PX, P2, or P4 panel benders. And although integrated with a robot, the panel bender remains always available for any work traditionally managed.
Flippable gripping device
The gripping device is equipped with suction cups on two sides, for picking up the bent part and immediately positioning the new part to be bent, in-cycle. It allows optimization of the sheet loading/unloading cycles, improvement of production rates, and a reduction in waiting times.
Easy programming
The program, generally made in the office with STREAMBEND, can be used without the need for modifications on either P-Robot or on panel benders without robots.
Smart teaching system
On board the machine, the MOVE software acquires the panel bending program, automatically generating the robot trajectories. The operator will simply need to confirm or, if necessary, modify a small number of checking positions to complete the programming of the robot.
RVS option
The RVS (Robot Vision System) option benefits from a unique 3D artificial vision system, the only one of its kind on the market, to further simplify the use of technology, optimize production flows by speeding up intermediate phases of recognition, handling, and programming, and maximize the value of the finished product through the quality control system of produced parts.
